MR CONSISTANT WINS ON XMAS DAY

Merry Christmas to everyone and what a great way to spend it playing golf with your friends in the sunshine at Green Valley!

We took 37 golfers to tackle this new layout and it was my first time back there today and I was very impressed what had been done.

It was a very tight battle today with only 3 players breaking par and the one who claimed the green jacket is always in the prizes, a great golfer and him and his friends are huge supporters of the Links

Thierry Petrement took first place with a very impressive 39pts!

In second place and back from his sailing trip was George Muller with 37pts….. good to see you back again.

Third place went to a good friend and very inform Dave Heyes with 37pts narrowly losing on a count back to George.

we just need him to find his form on the pool table now.

Fourth place went to Vic Hanson with 35 pts… he loves a bet on the golf course and always there to lend a hand.

Fifth place was Chris Barker with 35pts losing to Vic on a count back another solid display from the 100 year old American.

Last place went to my great pal but worst legs in golf John Doyle with 34pts.

It’s was a fantastic day and evening with 50 people joining us for Christmas dinner after golf.

There was obviously one man missing and he was missed but remembered by everyone… rest easy Phil and Joy did you proud as always.
