MIKE BACK IN TOWN AND STRAIGHT TO THE WINNERS LIST

The weekend and Christmas is nearly here and today the Links took 7 groups to play Waterside.

It’s always a pleasure to play the Siam courses they make you feel very welcome and it’s so nice to play on immaculate fairways and greens.

A big thank you to the members for signing us in and it was one of them who won the green jacket.

Mike Souden has played with the Links for many years but is also a member at Siam and is always there to help us out so it was very fitting he won todays very tight battle.

Mike Claimed the victory and his first ever jacket with 35pts on a windy day beating the inform Frenchman Thierry Petrement on a countback also with 35pts.

In 3rd place was another Siam member and big supporter of the Links Jamie Booterbaugh with 35pts

Thank you for your help arranging things as well.

4th place went to Brendan McDaid with a solid 34pts beating Tom Beaner on a countback also with 34pts.
