MAI RULES THE ROOST AT PARICHAT

It has been a long time since a member of the fairer sex has won the Green Jacket but the drought came to an end on Friday when Mai returned the excellent score of 44 points at a tricky Parichat course. Nick Aubin, came back in 21 points for a total of 39. Two players returned 37 points with Steve Moxey edging Billy Buchanan on count back. The final podium place went to 6 handicapper Dave Stockman with 34.

                The dreaded wig competition was a much closer affair than Mai`s runaway win for the Green Jacket. Russell Birtwistle was going for his 4^th hairpiece and everyone assumed that with 16 points Russell was the winner. However, it was discovered that despite being given a handicap of 24, Ensico Felipe actually played off a handicap of 52 with which he managed 21 points. There is no truth in the rumour that Felipe has asked to play off a handicap of 67 for the next outing.
