LIVIO TAKES UP WHERE HE LEFT OFF

Today The Links travelled to Pleasant Valley and it looked like we were in for a wet day however we got lucky again and it cleared up after a few holes. The course was in good shape and the greens were as good as we have seen them.

Todays winner came in with 41 points playing off 7 so an impressive two over par for Livio a good guy and regular supporter of the links,

I was playing with the man who ran second he had 24 points at the turn with a scratch and was playing unbelievable golf…. However a nervy last 2 holes apparently caused by me mentioning he was about to win the green jacket meant his 39 points would fall just short… it was a pleasure playing with you Alondo as always. We will save the victory song for next time
