TOBIN WINS AT KHAO KHEOW BUT IT IS WELCOME BACK LEN

It was 6 weeks ago that we were last at Khao Kheow and in that time, there has been a huge improvement in the course. The story of the day however was the return of Len Jones to the golf course. It has been 9 months since Len last played and in that time he has undergone major surgery.

                Credit must go to the management at Khao Kheow who issued us with flags for 2 of our players despite there being no carts on fairways.

                As for the golf, it was Tobin Lingard who came up with the goods with a tremendous score of 40 points. Runner-up as Moerten Marenda with 38. Third place went to Len Jones – great performance after such a long time off. His score of 37 points came with a Back Nine of 25 points. Jimmy Carr and Petur Petursson claimed the other 2 podium places.
