THE BOY DUNNE GOOD AT ROYAL LAKESIDE

It was a hot day that greeted our 42 players who visited Royal Lakeside on Wednesday. Given a 09.20 tee time, it was an early start but we arrived in good time. Surprisingly, the course seemed to be quite quiet with no groups in front of us and none at the tail end. Despite the glorious weather, only one golfer managed to break par with another 5 coming in with 36 points. Dave Dunne was the leading man with 39 points playing off a 19 handicap.
