On Monday we travelled to Pleasant valley with 6 groups competing to win the green jacket. The course was in decent condition and is the best value of the cheaper courses in my opinion. It was a tight battle today and only 2 people shooting under their handicaps.

Today’s winner was back over for Phil’s Memorial Day and has been playing some great golf and pound for pound the longest driver I’ve ever seen. Congratulations to my old pal John Doyle with 37pts.

2nd place was Don Pavlovic with 37pts narrowly missing on a count back.

3rd place was Peter Shaw with 36pts who has just arrived in town from Australia.

4th place was the always in form Thierry Petrement was 36pts losing on a count back to Peter.

1st – John Doyle – 37pts (9) CB

2nd – Don Pavlovic- 37 pts (18)

3rd – Peter Shaw – 36 pts (16) CB

4th – Thierry Petrement- 36pts (11)
